Famari Investment Ltd is a privately owned transportation company founded by Faraj Mbarak Abri.The Company first started with a single truck in 1940, in the southern highlands of Tanzania,Iringa. The headquaters is now based in the city of Dar es Salaam with a region branche in Iringa.

The Abri family expanded Famari Inverstment(T) Ltd. to what is today - one of the largest, mostmodern fleets proving truckload and less than truckload services throught the network of strategically located services centers in Tanzania, Zambia, Congo and Malawi, Rwanda and Burundi.

Famari Investment (T) Ltd. has strived to be an extensive network which now owns huge numbers of trucks, enabling the company to call on a massive variety of equipment to handle virtually any request.All activities carried out are those within the legal category permitted by the United Repablic of Tanzania and the countries to which they are delivered.
